The first step
Our dynamic approach identifies and analyses the training your organisation needs to improve communication at every level.

We start by working with you to discover which areas you need to focus on. Then we come up with tailored interventions to give you the tools to make lasting changes.

Assessing your training needs
The first thing we do is take a complete audit of your staff - throughout the company, or throughout specific departments. We

     • collect data from appraisals
     • interview staff and managers
     • organise and facilitate focus groups
     • organise and implement employee opinion surveys

This process allows us to spot areas of strength and weakness and – crucially – offers you the tools to instigate change through a focused training programme. This bespoke programme will meet the needs of individual staff, the needs of their department or team, and of course will benefit the entire organisation. So we’ll spend time with you at the design stage getting a feel for your overall strategy and objectives.
